Iglesia de Sant Romà

The Iglesia de Sant Romà is located in Church Square, next to the Parish Rectory. The building, dating from 1522, was built in a Gothic Catalan style. In the twentieth century, the architect Bonaventura Conil Montobbio added new features to the existing church that combined Byzantine and Islamic art of the Renaissance, however much of it was destroyed during the civil war of 1936.
