The chapel of Santa Anna is located on a small promontory at the entrance of the town of Breda, in the region of La Selva, Girona. The ascent is by a dirt road. The chapel has a single nave with a small detached building on the northern side and a belfry. Although its origins date back to the sixteenth century, the current building is from the late eighteenth century.
