The most famous in Lalibela
In the highest part of the town of Lalibela you can find the Seven Olives restaurant. It is frequented by all tourists and Ethiopians from Lalibela. The food is really delicious, with a menu ranging from typical Ethiopian dishes to Italian cuisine, their pizzas are particularly delicious. The fish is also worth trying, especially the Fish Goulash (pieces of fish with peppers, onions and fruit), it´s delicious. The Ethiopian Injera is a mixture of chicken, lentils, corn, cheese and more truly delicious ingredients. It can be made very spicy, although it depends how you want it.
