St. Maria Lyskirchen

St. Maria Lyskirchen

This is the smallest of the twelve Romanesque churches in Cologne. Opposite the chocolate museum, it is striking for its pink color. The temple was founded in 948, and still remains much of the structure it had in 1210, despite the reforms and later additions in Gothic style. Have an entrance flanked by two towers, three naves, and a portal and medieval paintings. The originality of his curious Bethlehem, although I think it is not so despite appearances.
