A nice garden
I spent a week in Antwerp, and I've never been in a city with so much light. Some of my pictures were overexposed as a result! One of the most interesting parts is the botanical garden that was the main source of medicinal herbs used in the St Elizabeth hospital during the Middle Ages. With over 2000 different plant species, this green space has become one of the most popular spots for relaxation in the city. It also caught my eye for its statues, showing a man going down into the centre of the earth. Dazzling.
