Walk in the Woods
You don't feel like you're in New York City around several million people when you're at the Ravine. Instead you feel like you're on a walk in the middle of the woods with a silence that is only broken by the trickle of water in the streams and the songs of birds. I am really not exaggerating. It really was a total surprise to me. If you enter Central Park from the north entrance, you can't miss it.
