The Red Apple

The Red Apple is a 40-story residential skyscraper measuring 124 meters tall on the island of Wijnhaven in Rotterdam. It's the 6th tallest building in the city and was designed by KCAP Architects. The Kopblok is a cube-shaped structure with 79 apartments and offices, and the ground floor was designed for shops and restaurants. The complex of buildings also has an open fiber network, another example of Rotterdam's status on the forefront of the architectural vanguard.
