Gourmet in the Gorge
The Columbia River basin in central Washington state was mostly known for desert and farming until Cave B Winery Resort and its excellent restaurant Tendrils turned this area into a foodie destination.
Tendrils features local and seasonal food and Cave B wines in a stunning setting overlooking the grandeur of the Columbia River Gorge. We recently enjoyed a fabulous feast there: my wild King Salmon over roasted seasonal root vegetables and kale was generous and perfect. The Viognier wine I paired with the fish was superb. Enjoy the food, views, and live music in the spacious dining room.
