Un'altra Pinta

Ottimo locale situato a Rende, a pochi Km dal centro di Cosenza. Buonissime le pinze fatte con un impasto leggerissimo e servite su un tagliere di legno. Gli antipasti sono buoni e sfiziosi, potete poi mangiare delle ottime patate con maionese, cacio e pepe o in tanti altri modi, le birre sono tutte ottime. Staff professionale e cordiale.

È molto difficile trovare posto, quindi consiglio di chiamare molto prima. Parlando del menù, ha una vasta gamma di scelta che va dai primi piatti fino alle pinse. Dò 4 stelle perché le patate servitemi le ho trovate buone, specialmente con le varie salse come quella al rosmarino, ma veramente troppo, troppo salate. Per quanto riguarda la pinsa, devo dire che l'impasto è buono ma il gusto della mia (crema di broccoli, patate bollite e speck) non era all'altezza delle altre. Bella è la chicca di consigliare e accostare le birre specifiche per i ogni pinsa. I prezzi sono un pochino alti, ma alla fine visto il contesto ci può stare.
