Specialize in pasta
You can enjoy Neapolitan cuisine in Tarifa at the Vesuvius Café. The pizzas are really good, but they specialize in pasta, risotto and fish so we didn't try them when we went. We couldn't eat outside as the small terrace was packed. In the summer, Vesuvius has a great atmosphere at night. It's on a quiet street without much traffic.
