Ecco che girando per una città che ormai pensavo di conoscere bene scopro luoghi nuovi, ancora inesplorati, ricchi però di stimoli e idee nobili e all'avanguardia. Immerso nel verde del parco di Villa Fabris nasce quello che i gestori stessi definiscono "sharing bar" ovvero un locale dove non si sorseggiano solo drink immersi in un incantevole contesto, ma si condividono idee e si crea una comunità nuova e più ricca. Il nome "Villa 6" è stato scelto pensando al significato di questo numero che simboleggia il destino e le connessioni fra le persone attraverso la lettera ebraica "Vav". Fedeli a questa filosofia sono anche gli eventi creati che hanno l'intento di aggregare persone che magari vogliano mettersi in gioco e condividere qualcosa di sé, uno fra tutti il "book sharing" dove tutti coloro che condivideranno un libro avranno una birra in omaggio. La cucina di questo locale, inoltre, è organizzatissima e attenta alle esigenze di tutti proponendo anche piatti vegetariani e vegani: bruschette deliziose fatte con il vero pane del panificio e ingredienti genuini, insalatone e il nuovissimo "Sanburger", ovvero un panino che sostituisce il classico (e poco sano) hamburger di carne con uno fatto di riso aromatizzato secondo una ricetta personale dello chef. La scelta delle birre è ottima e anche la proposta delle bevande è etica e sana, come nel caso dei prodotti solidali. E' un luogo ricco di quei piccoli dettagli confortanti che ti fanno sentire a casa: dalle coperte all'esterno che ti coccolano dal freddo inverno, ai giochi per bambini che permettono ai genitori di prendersi un momento per sé mentre i bambini si stanno divertendo sul prato. Se pensate che la comunità sia un valore di cui riappropriarsi tenetevi aggiornati sulle iniziative di questo locale che certamente vi coinvolgerà positivamente, stupendovi con iniziative veramente interessanti.
