The Rembrandt Hotel belongs to the Sarova chain. It's in the Knightsbridge neighborhood, opposite the Victoria & Albert Museum. The area is a bit noisy but the rooms are isolated from the street. The lounge serves light meals and drinks, while the restaurant The Palette offers a classic British & international cuisine. There are a total of 194 rooms that were recently renovated, but the common spaces look a little old.
An excellent hotel. The four nights we were here, were splendid. The room had a small flat screen TV, a fridge for drinks and a safe to store valuables. Apart from those details it had no frills, but it was comfortable, complete and enjoyable. Front desk people were nice and willing to help at all times. Breakfast was included and was good although the offering did not go beyond juices, coffee, toast, croissants and cereals. It was the only negative point I found about this great little hotel.
A very convenient hotel located near the Tower of London and very close to the metro station Tower Hill which connects all major London attractions. The hotel was built in 2000. The hotel has 7 floors and 100 rooms. The staff are very nice, when I was there, there was also a Spanish worker. A highly recommended hotel, the rooms are large and very clean. The private restaurant has good food.
This is a good choice to stay in London and is excellent value for money. The hotel is a "bed & breakfast" with small rooms and a continental breakfast each day. It is very well located, five minutes walk from Victoria Railway Station (for the Gatwick Express), the Victoria metro station (central line and perfect for connecting with other metro lines) and just before the number 24 bus stop (which can take you to Trafalgar Square or Camden for example). The area is very quiet. The hotel is family-run and the service is very welcoming. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

It also has meeting rooms and parking.
Overnight accommodation in London for me is always a dilemma. The hostels are expensive and of poor quality (although some have charm) while the hotels are often even more expensive. The Lancaster Gate Hotel (three stars, but higher than the average level) offers a good value for your money: good location (along Hyde Park), clean and comfortable rooms, big breakfast (if included), wi-fi, computer terminals and underground (Central Line) five minutes away. Perhaps the hotel has a great personality, but it is a good solution if you have to sleep in this London area.

The hotel does not have parking but the district allows many parking spaces. The whiteness of the facade enhances the Victorian side of the architecture. Its location allows you to be close to the center of London by public transport connection. It is a few steps from Hyde Park and the Nothing Hills neighborhood. A restaurant is available and there are two elevators. The entire hotel is non-smoking.

Definitely the place to stay when visiting London, the closest thing to being at home. It's clean, spacious and in a location that's both quiet and central. The amenities are great. Totally recommended, I've been in plenty of hotels in London but this is the one I want to go back to.
