This is the view of Punta de Angamos taken from the Fishing Pier in Antofagasta. In Punta de Angamos, you'll find the major port of mussels, the Juan Lopez spa, and the Rinconada. Punta de Angamos dates back to pre-Hispanic times to the age time of saltpeter and guano, and was also part of the Pacific War. It has beautiful beaches, blue waters, clear skies throughout the year, and a pleasant temperatures of 16°C in winter.
This place, aside from being in front of the Antofagasta's distinctive square, is notable for being particularly well-maintained and you can see its beauty in full detail. It's very accessible since it is just steps from downtown Antofagasta and the walk there is very nice.
As I reached Antofagasta, I went to get something to eat. Afterwards, I went to the waterfront and found this beautiful sunset that I imagine, with a good northern climate like this, was normal. Sunsets teach us to remember that even little things can be equally beautiful.
