I took a trip in July of last year to Pocitas Mancora in Piura, Peru. There were white sandy beaches and palm trees in northern Peru. I remember one afternoon I walked to where there were no people, and it was here that I found myself in front of a spectacular sunset. At that moment, as I was lying in a half cabana, I found out that the time was simply intense.
This spectacular place is only a short walk, due to lack of money I couldn't buy a roll of B/N for my camera, which is a Nikon 601 that is old but I have a zoom lens of 28-105 mm, so used the color one, which was used so I had only 17 shots and these are some of them. Oh and I scanned them with a B / N scanner.
Each time I visit Lima, I try to come here where I can watch the clouds that are like cotton, feel the sand between my toes and the light breeze on my face. It is the prettiest landscape I have ever seen. I cannot help but watch the orange sunset, though it burns my eyes.
I remember bikes like being in oriental films. Some human powered, in this case, and thanks to God and technological advances, these friendly carts are powered by motorcycles. They serve as incredibly economical taxis, if I remember well there were no high rates. The only bad thing, I don't know how they work on rainy days...
This spectacular area is in Piura (Peru). It is a beach area, where it is only possible to relax and let yourself go. A true paradise with incredible beaches, and a few sunsets for you to store in your memory. I never get tired of going.
If you visit Querecotillo you'll find a beautiful square with a memorial to two great heroes Grau and Bolognesi, and beside that is a grand park with another monument remembering the battle of Junin. Be sure to visit Querecotillo and see the image of the Chocán gentleman of good death. Querecotillo is waiting for you to join it's party on the 2nd February every year where many faithful devotees come from all over Peru and abroad.
