Angra dos Reis is a city Litorânea located in the State of Rio de Janeiro, 151 km from Rio. The best form of entertainment is boating around the islands. There are many choices of companies that make these trips, but they all go to the same islands. On each island, the boat makes a 30 minutes stop 30, so you can learn more about each corner and to scuba dive since the sea in this area is highly crystalline and clean.
A few years ago I came to this resort in a prime spot right on the beach in Angra dos Reis. There are 144 rooms, each with AC, telephone, TV., Mini bar room service. It's a great hotel but it's a few years old, but the important thing is that it has a private beach where you can play water sports. There's a restaurant with a great buffet. It has a sauna, outdoor pool, tennis court, fitness center, parking, etc..

A stunning hotel, decorated in the Portuguese colonial style. It's the only hotel in the Iguassu National Park, and is within walking distance of the Falls. It has 193 rooms, all spacious, and decorated stylishly with mahogany furniture. Most rooms have a balcony, where you can relax at night listening to the nocturnal animals nearby and the roar of the falls. There are two restaurants and several bars, one with live music every day, as well as tennis courts, two swimming pools, gardens, and a small zoo. And you'll have exclusive access to the falls through a walkway in the grounds.

The lodging in Morro de Sao Paulo can be divided in two types, by the sea and quite busy, or those inland, usually on higher ground, quieter. I chose the Hummingbird Inn, which seems very promising, and then delivered even more. The Hummingbird Inn lived up to his name, at breakfast there were the hummingbirds sipping the flowers, and a very small group of monkeys ve came to take their breakfast of bananas. The owners are a German couple ve fell in love with the island 20 years ago, stayed and opened the inn in order to keep in touch with nature and provide a relaxing environment. The hammock in front of each room is a good way to relax. At dusk it is recommend getting to the nearest beach, about 10 minutes away and secluded, for a spectacular sunset
The other day someone asked me about safe and cheap neighborhoods. I remembered that in São Paulo there are many Formule 1 hotels, there are 5 in total in the city center, (Jardins, Morumbi, Paradise, Paulista). All are large regions and located close to public transportation (either the subway or bus). I particularly recommended those in Paradise and Paulista. This is the new center of the city where you can find most of the bars and restaurants. It is one of the safest areas of the city, with buses going to all parts of the city and there are also metro lines available. I ordered a room for 3 people and it cost me $ 119 (or U.S. $ 51/night). If you prefer to find something cheaper then you can book into this hotel for a few days and search for family hotels near Hospital Street Benefiência Portuguese Maestro Cardim. They are cheap hotels that are not on the internet and are sought primarily by families who come from other cities who come here because of the hospital.
Imagine a minimalist building, decorated in a sophisticated way, but without falling into luxuries or extravagances. Imagine white rooms that are big with huge and very comfortable beds, a large terrace with a bar with views of the ocean, a pool that also overlooks the ocean, Brazilian music playing like a whisper and great service from each of the people who make up the staff Hotel. This paradise called Brava Hotel and is on Praia Brava, one of the most spectacular places in Buzios.
This is a lovely, idyllic paradise. It was a truly memorable stay for us, a couple looking for peace and quiet. We found what we wanted and more. The hotel has 10 bungalows that are carefully decorated by the friendly owner of the hotel. The property is strategically located in a beautiful tropical garden and is perfectly safe. The room service and service were impeccable. They are attentive and discreet, not to mention the high quality kitchen. We enjoyed an unforgettable romantic candlelit dinner on the beach. It was simply excellent. The hotel has a quiet, almost deserted beach, with white sand and palm trees. I enthusiastically recommend this hotel. Really fantastic!
The Evanstour Hotel, is one of the best hotels of Manacapuru. There are pools with some of the best views
directly on to the river. On Sundays there is always an artistic show. In the hotel everything is cheerful, typical of the happy and lively people living in the area.
The Pousada Estrela D Water (Porto Seguro - Bahia - Brazil) is located in the beautiful town of Trancoso, one hour from Porto Seguro, facing la playa de Nativos (the beach of natives). It has 28 suites with air conditioning, safe, TV, DVD , minibar and balcony. The hotel also has a pool and spa, plasma TV and home theater. Buffet breakfast is also available.
If you go to Niteroi, I highly recommend this hotel. Its not very expensive and it is very well located. They have a buffet breakfast, private parking lot, Internet, Business Center, laundry, room service and a bar. The restaurant is on an international level and the breakfast buffet is of very high quality, good taste, good attention.
Morada Dos Bougainvilles is a place that's everywhere! It's in the mountains, by the sea, trees and gardens. It's a super comfortable hotel with king and queen size beds, all create a harmonious and welcoming. With a restaurant "Sapore di Pasta" that specializes in exquisite dishes based on seafood.
Chosen by the Four Rhodes (a Brazilian tour guide) as one of the top three hotels to be found in Santa Catarina, since it opened in 1996. It offers apartments with a sea view from the top, a restaurant, swimming pool with jacuzzi, minibar, safe, everything you need for a few days of total relaxation .... SPECTACULAR
An ideal place to rest in the middle of the hill overlooking the sea, offering hiking, horseback riding, sailing, whale watching in season (August to November), you have to take the lovely walking trail down to the sea.
Excellent place to go to unwind and relax. Opt for the pool or take a walk to the sea, either way........... There are no words for this place, breakfast overlooking the sea , and Modern day warm environments.
The Villa dos Corais Hotel, is situated in an ecological environment between two beaches on the island of Tinharé, Morro de São Paulo, Bahia - Brazil. The best thing about the island is that there are no cars. In an attempt to achieve an ecological environment there are only 4 or 5 cars that belong to the hotels ... The Villa dos Corais has the entire infrastructure for a great vacation. The rooms are bungalows, mostly with sea views and plenty of space. The breakfasts are wonderful and can prove that they provide the best culinary experience in the bay. For example, their coconut couscous, biju with dulce de leche cake aipim (cassava), etc. .. Besides the pool, the hotel has a restaurant on the beach, a video club, shop, a lounge area to relax, a shuttle every hour to the village (although you can go on foot - 10 minutes from the beach) and the staff are very kind. Highly recommended!
The name says everything. It´s a naturally good inn. There is camping and the owner Nice is a lovely woman who cooks great meals and bends over backward for her customers. We arrived after a full day of hiking in the rain and Nice greeted with a delicious cacui juice which is one of the many tropical fruits that I discovered in Brazil. It has a very distinctive taste but I liked it a lot. For dinner we had lula (squid) with pasta was glorious. The kitchen has a wooden stove and the food products are organic. Modernity has arrived to this place in the form of Wi-Fi and a sauna. Nice, like many people who live in Ilha Grande, decided to escape the big city and live in the island in a more natural way (hence the name of the inn).
Bahia do Sonho is highly recommended for its location. It´s about 2 or 3 blocks from the beach in Bombinhas and many others like the Quatro Ilhas beach. But it is also very close to the Laghoinha beaches, Sepultura and Retiro dos Padres. If you don´t have a car, it´s easy to get to any of these on foot. The apartments are very comfortable and very well equipped with a grill, balcony or terrace, oven, pans, coffee maker, refrigerator, etc. You have everything you need if you want to buy food and cook it. It also has handy food outlets, supermarkets, call centers, etc. very close by. It´s a quiet area with everything you need at your hands.
Victor and Jess are two Spaniards who came to Boipeba on "Ticket to Brazil," a reality show where the challenge was to rebuild an abandoned inn and make it work. The won, and have continued with Luar das Aguas, a charming inn opposite the beach. It has a beautiful waterfront restaurant and a few rooms surrounding a lovely internal courtyard. The best thing about it? It's just ten steps from the sea.
I have to admit that Campinas is not the first destination that comes to mind when you think of a relaxing family weekend. But this hotel is great, with a whole zone for children, complete with themed characters and shows; parents can join in, or leave the kids with the trained entertainers, and go to enjoy the pool and spa. A great restaurant, too, with buffet and a la carte options. The milk pudding is a classic delicacy, which can't be missed!
We liked everything: the location, the facilities and especially the staff. The owners of the hotel (Ernesto and Evelina) are lovely. One morning we even went for a ride on Ernest's boat around the bay islands. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast had a great spread. There is also a restaurant where we ate delicious local dishes. An ideal place to spend a few days to relax and disconnect.
When we arrived at Salvador, we took a taxi from the airport; it cost 107 dollars to get to the hotel. It's a 5-star hotel located in one of Salvador's main streets, halfway between the city centre and the beaches. In general, it's quiet, with beautiful views and great services (pool bar, restaurant, room service ...). The ideal place to go for your holiday.
Located in Pelourinho, Salvador's most central neighbourhood, in an old yellow house, hence the name. The roms are spotless, some with a jacuzzi, and the breakfast is delicious. Try to get here on a Tuesday, when the neighbourhood is full of concerts, and the nearby church - the Igreja de Nossa Senhora do Rosario dos Pretos - holds its famous celebrations.
The Mirante da Ilha Hotel is an accomodation in Alter do Chao, and it's one of the best. This place is known as the caribbean Amazon. The hotel's amenities are very good. It's conformable and very clean. The hotel has everything you need to have a pleasant stay.
