    The Royal Livingstone Hotel
The Royal Livingstone is located on the banks of the Zambezi river, the fourth largest river in Africa and feeds the famous Victoria Falls. It is one of the most romantic places in the world. It is 10 minutes from Niagara Anando, in the middle of the African Savannah and one hour from Chobe (Botswana) a place to see all the wild animals in the wild. The hotel offers great service, atmosphere and a special architectural look. It is recommend, especially for honeymoons. It surely will not disappoint. In the garden lives a family of zebras and giraffes as it is in a natural park and has a terrace overlooking the river where you can relax at 5 o'clock to see amazing sunsets while sipping a beer and listening the Zambian African rhythms.

    Jollyboys Backpackers
I got carried away by a spontaneous "friend", who came on the bus that took us from Lusaka (the capital of Zambia) to Livingstone. And it was a great success. Very complete and very economical accommodation that offers all services, from small bungalows through camping to large dormitories. The bathrooms and showers very clean. The guest kitchen is huge, and practical. It has a swimming pool and recreation area, bar and restaurant, small souvenir shop, tour agent and cafe (no free wifi). It provides all its guests, a daily minibus at 10:00 to Mosi-oa-Tunya Park, where the Zambian side of Victoria Falls is located. The staff are very very helpful. They even wanted to take me to the hospital to get tested for malaria, when I was ill for a few days with some. Charmers. A highly recommended site if you visit Zambia, specifically the Victoria Falls.

    Tongabezi Livingstone hotel
Seeing the Victoria Falls is precious as is bathing in the "devil's pool", a chilling and unique experience (I still do not understand how people are allowed to swim there - have a look on Google). This is a suite hotel with no walls, yes open to the stars. And with a good mosquito net. Animals big and wonderful, from the visit of the baboons in the morning to have breakfast with us to the sound of hippos during the night, only 15 meters away, on the banks of Zambezi river. This lodge with a personal butler service 24 hours a day, is highly recommended. We even dined alone on a platform over the river, with the dishes being brought by boat. Awesome!
