Try the squid
La Mejillonera, or "La Meji" as it's known locally, is a restaurant in the port of San Sebastian that seems frozen in time. For example, the waiters shout out all the orders (usually mussels, squid and patatas bravas). The sauces are spectacular, which is really the reason to come here. Upon entering, you might be put off by the crowds, but once you try the food you're sure to come back.
