Mairie de Bidart (Town Hall)

2 reviews of Mairie de Bidart (Town Hall)

The Town Hall of Bidart

Like the typical architecture of the Basque-French style houses, the framework is red and the facade is contrasted in white. Most houses in the village are like this but you can also find some green in the wood sometimes. There are two large initials on the main facade: R (Republique) and F (Française). The city hall is located in a large plaza which houses the pediment of a single wall (very typical in the French Basque Country) and the church with a cemetery.
