Delicious Gelato in Tamarindo
When you're on a girl's day in Tamarindo and it's 40 degrees out and somebody suggests going to find Ice Cream, you just don't say no. We stumbled across Buon Appetito Italian Cafe by absolute fluke but were pleasantly surprised. Plenty of Gelato flavors as well as milkshakes, Italian Sodas and breakfast and lunch items. It's a pretty small shop, mostly a grab-and-go kind of place, but they do have a small patio with a few tables and chairs. For a couple of bucks, this was a much welcomed and refreshing treat on one of the hottest days I experienced in Costa Rica.
