Stopped for a Beer, Stayed for the View
Walter's Restaurant is located near the far end of the main street in busy Tamarindo, and we only stopped in for a quick drink in the middle of the afternoon, although the food menu did also look excellent. The service was quick, friendly and attentive, the ambiance was lovely, the location was prime and - most importantly of all - the beer was cold! This would be a great spot to enjoy dinner and take in the sunset, sip cocktails and watch the surfers, or order a round of appetizers. I would definitely go back to Walter's Restaurant if I was ever back in Tamarindo again.
