La Ventana

La Ventana is located on a dirt road about a 10 minutes walk away from the main street in Playa Negra, but it is definitely worth the trek! A little Oasis among a dry desert - La Ventana is owned by an American woman who moved to Costa Rica to share her passion for healthy, fresh food with locals and tourists alike. At La Ventana you will find fresh pressed juices and smoothies, healthy breakfast and lunch options, amazing coffees and refreshing beverages, as well as a small organic grocery cooler with things such as Goat's Milk Yogurt, Raw Honey, and Fresh Kale (hard to come by in Playa Negra!) The menu is extensive and has options to accommodate any dietary need you could imagine.
