A Bilbao i posti dove gustare i pintxos sono numerosissimi, ma ce ne sono alcuni che rappresentano una vera e propria istituzione e dove tutti prima o poi passano. Uno di questi è il Caffè Bar Bilbao nella centralissima Placa Nueva.
L'interno del locale è ricoperto di azulejos e il bancone trabocca di piatti di pintxos, ma ad essere davvero irresistibili sono anche i tavolini all'esterno, proprio sulla piazza, riparati da ombrelloni blu. I camerieri sono simpatici ed efficienti e riescono a districarsi fra la folla che non manca mai in questo locale,
In Bilbao the places to enjoy pintxos are numerous, but there are some that are a real institution and where everyone sooner or later pass. One of these is the Café Bar Bilbao in the central Placa Nueva. The interior of the restaurant is covered with tiles and the counter overflows with plates of pintxos, but to be truly irresistible are also tables outside, right on the square, shaded by blue umbrellas. Muy buen sitio para comer pintxos. Imprescindible pedirse un plato de calamares, por escuchar al camarero pedirlos y porque están de muerte. Nos gustó todo de este bar. Muy rico el txakoli.
Very good place to eat pintxos. Essential ordered a plate of squid by listening to the waiter and ask them because they are of death. We liked everything about this bar. Very rich txakoli.

Ofrece Un Gran Surtido De Pintxos, Así Como Raciones Y Ensaladas abundantes y todas de excelente elaboracion. Respecto de la atención es excelente, y siempre con una muy buena predisposicion al trato con el cliente.
