Sidrería Asador Arriaga

El menú normalmente consta de entrante de morcilla asada, chorizo a la sidra y tortilla de bacalao. Luego viene el plato fuerte, el chuletón. También puedes pedir confit de muslo de pato con xagarrada o bacalao con pimientos, pero lo más recomendable es el chuletón. De postre, queso del país, membrillo y nueces. Y para beber, por supuesto, sidra del txotx (los barriles que pueden verse al fondo en la foto), self service. En mi opinión un poco caro unos 30-35 euros por cabeza. Y la verdad que me parecen un poco cutres y el personal es un poco soso y cuanto menos trabajen mejor, o esa parece su política de trabajo, aparte de que es mas un restaurante de comer que de beber, porque llega un momento en que no te dejan sacar mas sidra y cuando te quedas hasta tarde los camareros te miran un poco mal. En el asador Arriaga te ofrece también un menú Arriaga, donde cambian los entrantes (jamón ibérico, espárragos de Navarra, piquillos rellenos de bacalao y bandeja de picoteo) y el postre, dando la opción de vino además de sidra. El comedor principal tiene capacidad para 200 personas y es ideal para hacer cenas o comidas con amigos, pero ya digo que es un poco caro y de escasa abundancia, aunque por eso no lo recomendaria, tb esta bastante bien el hecho de que es céntrico.

Camareros maleducados como no he visto en ningún sitio. Ni nos han atendido cuando hemos entrado al restaurante a pedir mesa y cuando después de un rato esperando hemos preguntado a un camarero nos comentan que no tienen tiempo para nosotros. Una vergüenza de establecimiento. No recomendable.
