Extravagant building
The Royal Postal Savings Bank is located on Hold Utca, near Liberty Square, St. Stephen's Basilica and the Hungarian Parliament. It's one of the most extravagant buildings in the entire city. It's a secessionist-style construction decorated with beautiful colored tiles. The building, which is now owned by the National Bank of Hungary, was built in 1901 by Odon Lechner. You can get there by taking the Metro Line 2 and getting off at Kossuth tér.
