The history of firefighting

The Cincinnati Fire Museum Association preserves and exhibits artifacts related to the history of firefighting. It is located in the fire station in downtown Cincinnati, and includes examples of early leather fire buckets, hand pumps, and the oldest surviving fire truck. There's also an interactive exhibit that allows visitors to experience what an emergency is really like.
