The last victim

In a small passage Crispin Street just opposite Spitalfields Market (formerly Dorset Street) called Miller's Court lived the last Ripper victim Mary Kelly. The attack occurred on November 9, in the house where the girl lived, the Irish house on this corner. The agent of the owner of the house went to pick up the rent and discovered the maimed body of Mary, though she was left in an unrecognisable state. The house where Kelly was murdered was demolished decades ago but not far from in the same Crispin street is the old shelter on Providence Street.
