Degli Alpini Museum

Piccolo ma interessante museo, sicuramente una tappa d'obbligo in una città che ha avuto nella storia un ruolo rilevante per la sua resistenza. Si accede tramite la Taverna al Ponte, situata proprio alla fine del celebre Ponte. L'ingresso è libero, si possono vedere armi, elmetti, divise e tutto quello di cui quei poveri soldati avessero avuto bisogno per combattere, poi con dei manichini hanno ricreato varie situazioni del tempo, ad esempio un campo tendato. Fa accapponare la pelle, vedere quei reperti così malridotti e le foto delle loro sofferenze. Tutti i reperti sono stati in parte donati e in parte trovati nell'Altopiano di Asiago.

Small but interesting museum, definitely a must in a city that has had a significant role in the history for its resistance. Accessed through the Bridge Tavern, located right at the end of the famous Ponte. Admission is free, you can see weapons, helmets, uniforms and everything those poor soldiers they needed to fight, then with the mannequins have recreated various situations of the time, such as a tented camp. Makes my skin crawl, to see those findings so tatty and photos of their sufferings. All the exhibits were partly donated and partly found in the Plateau of Asiago.
