Must-try egg-inspired restaurant in LA's Grand Central Market

Aside from the intriguing name of this restaurant, Eggslut is a must-try restaurant in Los Angeles. Although it has received much hype, arguably too much, it is nonetheless a worthwhile stop to make in the City of Angels. It is located inside Grand Central Market on the Broadway Street side, and is a very popular eatery so be prepared to either: wait in the line that wraps around behind the place in the market, or come when it opens so the wait time is not too ridiculous. The Eggslut menu is pretty simple – breakfast and lunch – so it doesn’t take too long to decide what to get. The “slut,” a coddled egg on top of potato puree with salt and chives, is pretty delicious (and of course, has a name that makes it kind of irresistible to order).
