Situé dans l'est de la capitale chinoise, le quartier des affaires de Pékin (ou CBD en anglais, pour Central Business District) se compose d'un ensemble d'immeuble concentrés sur le "3ème anneau" (les avenues principales de Pékin sont de formes carrée, situées de façon concentrique autour de la place centrale de Tian'An Men et de la cité interdite). C'est notamment là que se trouve l'impressionnant immeuble de la télévision publique chinoise, la CCTV, en forme d'arche tordue (et à côté duquel se trouve l'immeuble de l'hôtel Mandarin Oriental, qui a brûlé le soir de son inauguration en 2009, suite à un accident avec des feux d'artifice).

Located in the east of Beijing, the Beijing business district (CBD or in English for Central Business District) consists of a set of building focused on the "third ring" (the main avenues of Beijing are square shapes, located concentrically around the central square Tian'An Men and Forbidden City). It is especially here that the impressive building of Chinese state television, CCTV, in the form of twisted arch (and which side is the building of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, which burned in the evening its inauguration in 2009, following an accident with fireworks).
