The Gaston is a classic establishment situated in Jaca. It was recently reopened (since April 2012) with new owners and new menu, and it remains a highly recommended place to go if you want to eat well. The sample menu (26 € per person) is really great in terms of the quantity and quality, and it is delicious. Besides, the service is outstanding. 100% recommended.
