Il Ghiotto

In the central Plaza Civica Alghero (near the harbour), we found this shop selling quality products typical of Sardinian and Italian cuisine. It's perfect place to buy a souvenir of the island because it specialises in the island's wines, spirits, sospiri, pasta, salami, pane carasau, torrone ... Besides this you can also participate in the frequent tastings prepared at the store, so you can choose the products that you enjoy the most.. The prices are not extortionate - that said it is not the cheapest shop on the island.
