An important cultural asset
The Japanese House & Garden (Philadelphia) has authentic Japanese style, located in Philadelphia. It was built in 1954 as a gift from the Japanese people to America for the Museum of Modern Art. The artist Hiroshi Senju donated 20 murals in 2007. The Japanese house is considered an important cultural asset to the city and an international tourist attraction.
