Restaunte Posada de Don Rodrigo

Don Rodrigo's Inn is one of the traditional restaurants in Antigua Guatemala. The food is served "Chapin" style, i.e. in the typical Guatemalan style with Cak Iq, which is a chicken soup with red pepper, roasted meat, which is often eaten on the road to the lake at the Chimaltenango level, where they also serve you. They serve you in the typical dress of the Guatemalan people. On Sundays and holidays, the marimba is playing, a group of 3 or 4 people stay there all afternoon playing traditional Guatemalan music. It's a place that's a bit expensive, but for those who aren't scared to try typical street food, despite being raised with your European standards.
