The Salve Bridge, one goes to Bilbao...

At its end, two hollow towers topped the building with no other mission than to facilitate the coexistence of the bridge and museum. Buren covered the arch bridge with a bright red structure, which was chosen to contrast with the green of the bridge structure, providing what the artist calls a "chromatic connection" with the titanium.

One with the Guggenheim

In this way the link between bridge and museum is even more evident: when you arrives in town the impression that you has in fact is precisely that: the structure green of the bridge, the arch red and the Museum seem to be part architecturally of the same work .
