The red hat is a Basque restaurant, and you might think that refers to the Basque but it is in fact named after the street on which it is installed behind the Place de la Comédie. It is a typical local restaurant, where they serve axoa, bull meat marinated piquillo peppers, encornets to planxa, or black sauce ... Paired with a wide selection of Spanish wines. There is a friendly atmosphere with Basque music, sometimes there are parties and special events.
