Le Percier is one of those typically-Parisian restaurants known as a “brasserie,” which literally means “brewery” but are known for offering hearty plates and good daily menus. It’s located in a commercial neighborhood and is full during French business lunchtime (12-2 in the afternoon). The dishes here are certainly better and more creative than many other brasseries.
