Visiting the Latin American Ybor City in Tampa can be full of surprises in the summer. The heat is sweltering and it's difficult to resist the call of this ice cream shop located right in the heart of Ybor Center, on the ground floor, next to 7th Avenue. The creamy ice cream is rather cheap too. The place is really nice and there's even a little terrace where you can sit and enjoy your treat. About $3 per person.
