Monument to Frebault

This monument is located in the Garden of Victoria Square and is dedicated to General Frebault (to whom is also dedicated the Main Street. It is merely a pedestal on which stands a bust, in bronze, of this character, who was governor of the island of Guadeloupe in 1859 and contributed to the transformation of naval artillery and freedom of trade.
