Absolutely amazing bay
Taking advantage of my days off at Corrour Station House, I went toward Mallaig with the intent to catch a ferry to Skye. I was told that there were beautiful beaches close to Mallaig, so I decided to look for them. After walking about 5 kilometres on the road from Mallaig, I asked a girl for any nearby beach, and she sent me here. I had to walk a little off road and pass through a couple of private gardens until you reach high ground. It was amazing, I did not expect to see that view from there. I saw a bay with crystal clear water and sand white as salt, It reminded me of those photos of Caribbean beaches.
The water was chilly, I just went in and out, because remember that although it was July, I was in Scotland. You can go along the bay on the right and go up another small ledge before seeing the see in front of you. Absolutely amazing. I remember there was a group of three girls who told me they were going to spend three nights camping there with the tent. I kept wanting to ask if I could stay too; to watch a sunrise and a sunset there would be unforgettable
