Roker beach

Sunderland, an important city of the Industrial Revolutions, is renowned throughout the UK for its football team, being in decline and its rough reputation. Knowing this city and area to perfection, I can promise that it's not declining more than any other, I don't have any opinion on football, and the locals can sometimes have mean looking faces, but they're not bad at all. Actually, I would say quite the opposite (careful because my daughter is from Sunderland!), that it has precious areas like the beaches: Seaburn and Roker Beach. Roker is the Sunderland area or neighbourhood that overlooks the sea and, among other wonders found there, this beach owes its name to the rocks and small cliffs.
