Recreational Area and Playground

This welcoming park and recreation area, surrounded by grass and some palm trees, is located on the beach promenade of Porto Meloxo on the O Grove peninsula. Its playground, sculptures and a stone cross makes it unique. One of the monuments is a tribute to MARSAC woman workers, who fought for their jobs back in 2005. The other monument is dedicated to the mussel, one of the stars of summer at the Seafood Festival on the Island of Arosa.
