L' Estaminet (closed)

Provins is a provincial town with few restaurants, despite being as it is. In the citadel there are some touristic restaurants, but this one happens to be below, and it was recommended to us by the manager of the hotel. and it did not disappoint. Its necessary to arrive no later than 20pm, its not posible to dine later in this city, and its better to book, because locals come here to eat. The décor is over the top, but there is an exceptional service, strong portions, and excellent food quality. The carvery one of the best I've ever had, just right, crispy on the outside and undercooked inside.
