Excellent location and views
Arba Minch is the largest city in southern Ethiopia and is 252 km from the capital. It is a prime location, surrounded by lakes Abaya and Chamo, and the Rif Valley where you can visit the animal reserve Nechisar National Park. I will not say the name of the hotel where we stayed because I don't recommend it. The photos are beautiful, but inside the rooms there was no water. Besides this it is in a excellent location overlooking the two lakes. The best and the biggest surprise was the dawn, I was left in awe, it was wonderful to see the sun rise from behind the mountains and illuminate the lakes, quite a sight. The hotel has bamboo bungalows that are wonderful but inside everything is a horror, but it all seems worth it for the sunrise and beautiful gardens. Arba Minch is on the road to the south and an essential stop before reaching Jinka.
