The oldest temple in Oaxaca
Of all the temples in the city of Oaxaca, San Juan de Dios is perhaps the most impressive, but it is the most historically ancient. This building has the specialty of being the first built by the tower, something very specific in colonial architecture. It is 3 blocks southwest of the main square (Zócalo) between Aldama and 20 November streets, in the historical center.
