Where the wind reigns
This is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Hebrides. It is located in the northern part of the island and can be reached by bus (40 minutes from Stornoway, approximately £ 5). Here you'll find clear, rushing water, and rolling dunes to separate it from the town. Near the bus stop there is a small tea room which serves hot meals. The beach is in the middle of nowhere so do not expect to see anything but nature.
