The Other Mermaid of Warsaw

The mermaid is the symbol of Warsaw, but there isn't just one. The most famous one is in the center, next to the river, but there's another (near the bridge that leads to the district of Prague) that is larger and more modern. The first project was a glass figure with a stand of 20 meters, but ultimately it wasn't viable and it eventually became a 2 meter bronze.
