We arrived in Palermo at lunchtime, so before we started sightseeing in the city center, we saw this restaurant's terrace and decided to have lunch. The restaurant inside is tiny, there are barely 2 or 3 tables and it looks like a tavern, so the terrace is by far the best choice. The restaurant specializes in rice and fish, although since it's an Italian place, there's no shortage of pasta dishes. One of the things that surprised us is that in the street they have a grill where they prepare the fish or grilled meat. The food was not bad, but it took forever to bring it to us (and that was with only one other occupied table) and the service was dismal.
