Amazing Views of the Alps
Rigi or "Queen of the Mountains" can be found between Lake Lucerne and Lake Zug. The views of the Alps are spectacular. It is accessible from Weggis, Vitznau or Goldau by train or cable car. The best way to explore the mountain is through the various fairly easy hiking trails which take between 1 and 3 hours. It is ideal for outdoor dining, or even staying in summer. On a clear day you can see Lake Zurich in the distance.
