Erasmus students in the city
The Lane is a pub that is in the old center of Newcastle. More commonly know as a student pub as it comes alive between September and June, and dies somewhat during the summer months when the students go home. It offers a food menu, even if it is somewhat limited, it is better to eat in front and go back to The Lane to the crazy atmosphere of the weekend, the pub quiz on Sunday afternoon, and student parties. The decor is somewhat neutral and the pub has 2 floors, one of which can be booked for private parties. There you will find all Erasmus students in the city. A good idea is to come on days of football or rugby matches to soak up the atmosphere of the pub.
