The perfect option
After walking around the walled city of Dubrovnik, and visiting churches and Historic monuments, there is nothing better than stopping at Cele to enjoy lunch at one of the most crowded squares, accompanied by the Croatian beer Ozujsko. Prices are somewhat high due to the location of the bar, but the service is very friendly, has WiFi, and usually rock and blues music, which doesn't disturb you while you have your coffee and enjoy the views.
